Originally this was going to be a woman getting ready for her wedding because when I searched for Monte Carlo lore all I came up with was French wedding lore. Instead because Monte Carlo was trending and they are known for there casinos and gambling my husband said why not make her the goddess of luck, so there we have Lady Luck of Monte Carlo. Not exactly for the kiddie but hey it's suppose to be art.
